 Please
let us know your desired dates of stay, total number of your
party (adults and children), and your rental requirements.
Check in time is 2 –4 P.M. and check out time is 10 A.M.
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, weekly leases are from
Saturday to Saturday. |
 All
homes are privately owned and furnished to the owner’s
individual preference. The homes have fully equipped
kitchens, furniture, pillows, blankets and bedspreads.

 YOU
MUST BRING all sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, wash
cloths, soap, cleaners, garbage bags, condiments, food, etc. |
 Keys
are to be picked up at our office. In certain
circumstances, other arrangements can be made. Keys are to
be returned to our office upon departure. We have a drop
slot and a box. |

Guests shall use a “calling card” to bill all long distance
calls or place collect phone calls.
NO CALLS MAY BE CHARGED TO THE PHONE IN THE RENTAL HOME.

 There
are Security Deposits ($75 to $250 minimum) on all of the
homes. A Virginia Tax of 5.0% and a Bedford County Tax of
5% are collected on the base rental amount. The total
weekly cost of the rental home is the base rent, tax, plus
the refundable security deposit. One-half of the basic
rental amount is collected to confirm your reservation and
the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. |

 Some
of our homes are ‘pet friendly’ to animals over 1 year old
if they are on flea/tick medication. Please contact us for
further information. There is an additional charge. |

 The
home is to be left neat and orderly. Clean the refrigerator
of all food and wipe it our. Wash and put away dishes.
Remove trash to the nearest dumpster. Return the key to our
office. Failure to comply could result our not returning
the complete security deposit and possible additional
charges. We are not responsible for personal items left in
the home.

every precaution is made to eliminate any errors in
descriptions, pricing and printing, we reserve the right to
correct any such errors or oversight.
