TIM BASHAM

Tim is a native of Smith Mountain Lake, having built his career in real estate sales and development in this community.  With over 30 years' experience, he provides excellent service to his clients with integrity and honesty.  Tim has won countless real estate awards, including the distinction of being in the Re/max Hall of Fame, an honor bestowed upon the top half percent of Realtors in the world.  After working with Smith Mountain Lake Vacation Rentals for nine years as Broker, Tim decided to purchase the company upon the retirement of previous owner Meg Spurrier.  Tim is married to Christi and they have two daughters, Brooke and Macy Rose.
    

SHANNON GAUDIO

Shannon has been a Smith Mountain Lake resident since 2001, when she and her husband moved here from Tampa, FL to start the Smith Mountain Laker magazine.  Shannon has a BA degree from Clemson University in Language and International Trade with an emphasis in Spanish and Tourism Marketing.  She has spent her career in sales and marketing both in the hotel industry as well as for IBM.  Shannon has also worked with several advertising and marketing firms and was a ladies clothing buyer for the local retail water sports shop, Wake N Skate.  Passionate about new technologies and ideas, Shannon is eager to market your property and increase bookings, while offering unmatched service.


SARAH FREDERICK   

Sarah Frederick is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 16 years in the real estate industry. Sarah has an economics degree from North Carolina State University. Prior to moving with her family to beautiful Smith Mountain Lake from North Carolina in 1999, she was an assistant to a family owned real estate development company. After her move to SML she worked as a sales associate with Re/max Lakefront Realty, Inc.  In 2006 Sarah obtained a broker's license and became an associate broker at Re/max Lakefront. Starting in 2007 she became her own broker until an exciting opportunity to return as Property Manager at Smith Mountain Lake Vacation Rentals.
