The Grotto has an enchanted feeling with covered deck and patios with lighted paths leading through the back yard to several casual yet unique sitting areas that create a multilevel design running throughout the garden. Look forward to evening campfires around the in ground fire pit while sitting in one of the Adirondack chairs or the lakeside double swing watching as the sun goes down over the water. With almost 200 feet of waterfront to enjoy...not a bad way to spend your vacation!
The home accommodates six adults and a couple of wee ones under two years old. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper level of the home, with lots of extra sleeping space. The large Master bedroom enjoys beautiful water views, flat screen TV bath en suite and includes a Queen bed and adjacent twin daybed. Master has sliding doors leading to the porch where the rope suspended porch swing bed can tempt you into a little snooze lakeside. The second waterside room also enjoys gorgeous views and has a Queen bed with private access to the patio. The third room has a Queen bed and bunked twins for mom, dad and the kids.
Inside you will enjoy the fully stocked kitchen. All the cookware needed for a family meal together. Living room features a big screen TV mounted over the stone gas fireplace, foosball and comfy sofa for movie night. We provide all of the comforts and amenities to make you feel right at home. There is a full bathroom with shower on this level as well.

What a special home, thank you for sharing it with us. Everyone should experience the daybed swing once in their life. We loved the patio, speakers and lights so much! This was our first visit to Smith Mountain Lake and you set the bar high!
