The 2 bedroom 2 bath mobile home was just completely renovated in 2021. Brand new kitchen countertops, floors, brand new appliances, central heating and AC. Open concept on the main level allows you to interact with friends and family from the fully equipped kitchen.
A newly remodeled stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare meals with a small dining area. Our kitchen is pretty stocked with the basics and you are free to use any of the utensils/spaces as you please. We are conveniently located just 7 miles away from Food Lion to shop for your groceries. The kitchen has all the standard equipment including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and full oven/stovetop.
Smart Tvs are in the living room and master bedroom. Fast Xfinity WiFi! Master bedroom has a private bathroom and queen bed. Guest bedroom has a pyramid bunk and bathroom next door. Living room contains a full size sleeper sofa bed.
This unique property is in a quiet cove that is great for fishing, swimming, kayaking and has many places to just sit and relax on the deck where you can watch the herons on the lake. Curl up by the fire pit. Enjoy swimming in the no wake cove or take a relaxing ride on our provided kayak, canoe, or paddle board.

Video surveillance of outdoor spaces in place. Kayak, Canoe, Paddle-board, and Life Jackets provided. Use of Kayak, Canoe, and Paddle-board are at your own risk. We do have a service regularly spray the property for bugs and pests, but as with all lakefront homes, there could be flies and mosquitoes in the home when the doors and windows are left open. 1 story property, but there are 3 to 4 stairs outside each of the entry doors. The property shares a driveway with another vacation property, “Hook Wine and Sinker”, so we ask that you bring no more than 2 cars. If you have a larger party, contact us to rent both this property and Hook Wine & Sinker at discounted rate. The lots are directly next door to each other.
