Lost Shaker of Salt! Sleeps 6

The 2bdrm/2 bath with kids nook home was just completely renovated in 2022. Brand new kitchen countertops, new floors, brand new stainless steel appliances, central heating and AC, and with a huge dock. Open concept on the main level allows you to interact with friends and family from the fully equipped kitchen. From both the upstairs and downstairs living spaces, you can watch the sunset on the lake. Lakefront views can be seen from most of the home.

The first floor has a covered patio with lake views leading into a master bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom, and laundry room downstairs.

The second floor has a newly remodeled stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare meals with a small dining area that opens up to a living area with beautiful views of the lake. There is also a full bathroom, foosball table, and tiki bar on the 2nd floor. Also for extra sleeping we have a sofa bed located in the living upstairs room. The living room opens up to a covered balcony.

The third floor has a queen bedroom with a kids nook room. There is no door between the kids nook and the bedroom. Please note there is no bathroom on this floor. The bathrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Smart tvs are in both the upstairs and downstairs living spaces. Fast Xfinity WiFi! And smart technology such as Nest thermostats and an Alexa show are located throughout the home.

Our kitchen is pretty stocked with the basics and you are free to use any of the utensils/spaces as you please. We are conveniently located just 7 miles away from Food Lion to shop for your groceries. The kitchen has all the standard equipment including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, full oven/stovetop, and dishwasher.

* Beds:  2 Queen and 1 Twin. The linen package for this home is an additional $122 + tax and includes sheets, pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth per person as well as a kitchen starter kit. Making of the beds is the responsibility of the guest.  Orders must be in 10 days prior to reservation.
