This waterfront townhome, including 2 King size beds, 2 twin beds, and a pyramid bunk, is perfect for your next lake getaway! With two outdoor pools and one indoor community pool plus direct lake access, you can spend your entire day relaxing out by the water without ever having to leave the property.
Enjoy the easy entrance immediately in front of this townhome with the door only steps away. A cozy great room features a comfortable living area with lots of seating. The open concept floor plan starts in the kitchen, which has plenty of counter space and comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare dinner for the whole family. There is additional seating for 4 at the bar so friends can gather to chat while cooking. The dining area has ample seating for 6 at the table.
The Master King bedroom is on the main level with a bathroom ensuite. The kids will love the bedroom on this level that features 2 Twin/Single Beds and has access to a full bathroom in the hallway. There is another sleeping area off the kitchen with a pyramid bunk twin over double for your group to spread out. The top floor features a King bedroom and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. This level also has an office area with a day bed available. The three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and additional sleeping areas allow the home to comfortably accommodate 8 people.
Off the living area, a screened-in deck is a perfect place to kick your feet back and unwind with a glass of wine at the end of a fun filled lake day. The ping pong table in the garage will let the children work off some extra energy, not to mention all Bernard's Landing amenities that are included in your stay!

The house was large and comfortable for our group of 7 during our 4 day stay - all rooms and spaces as advertised. Just steps from the beautiful lake front. We had a wonderful stay with friends & family. Community of Bernards Landing is quiet and convenient.

This property was such a joy to stay in. Everything and more than we saw on line. Spacious clean nicely appointed at beautiful spot right on the water at Smith Mountain Lake. Property manager was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY helpful in securing this perfect vacation home. They were professional and timely in helping us get set up there. Could not have been a more positive experience thanks to their assistance. I highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our relaxing stay. We took long walks around the property, enjoyed a glass of wine watching the sunset on the dock and stargazed at night. The lake house was perfect, thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven!

Great place to stay! We boated, went tubing, relaxed on the beach, floated in the lake and ate lots of ice cream. We hope to come back next year.

Great location and wonderful property with a great view of the sunset from the dock! We went boating, kayaking, hiking, golfing, tubing, paddle boarding and went to the Alpaca Farm.
Notes
Guests are responsible for taking their own trash to the collection facility. Directions are posted on the refrigerator to the closest location.
